The Dicks are a punk band from Austin Texas who were active throughout the 80's. This track is an anti-cop rager that takes extra significance considering the fact that they were one of the very, very few punk bands to feature a openly gay frontman in the 80s punk scene. At just under two minutes it doesn't waste a single second.
